Steps to Become a Volunteer or Attend Field Trips

1. Fill out the Volunteer Form (Volunteer Application)

2. If you plan on attending a Field Trip or want to volunteer for the teacher, follow the steps for the Family Care Safety Registry Background Check. 

Once you receive the clearance letter back via email, please download the letter and send it to Angie Homan (not your school or teacher). 

Once Angie receives the clearance letter and your volunteer application has been completed, she will mark you clear and good to attend the field trip or volunteer in the classroom. Both steps must be completed in order to be considered clear!

**If you are wanting to work one on one with a student or are attending an
overnight field trip, then you must complete the full fingerprint background check through the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Do not complete this if you are just  going on a day field trip!
